    I've had some since 2008 and last year I bought some more. They came in and the liners were all loose and torn. I think they must of had some type recall and are doing QC adjustments before selling more. I know I'm in the market for some more.

    You can imitate their action by using regular boxes, and put several modern bright red cents, which you have used a brillo pad to scratch the surface for increased reaction area, into the storage box. The are sacrificial. Any hydrogen sulide, or other atmospheric contaminants will react with them first ( clad cents have a pure copper clad and highly reactive compared to 95% coppers). When they turn red-brown, replace them. IMO.
