    Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has any intercept shield boxes for their slabbed coins. I wanted to know if they really work in preventing any corrosion, toning, browning to red copper coins, etc to slabbed coins and if so, do they make any boxes big enough to fit US mint proof sets in their plastic holders so as to prevent toning in future years? Lastly, if they do work at protecting slabbed coins or proof sets, where can I get some at good prices?

Any help with this info would be much appreciated.

Thanks and Happy New Year to all!!!!

    Dave

I like them. I researched them a bunch before I bought them and I am happy with them. You can buy 2x2's, boxes, and boxes for most slabs. Go to their web site for more information in the thread.

Every coin I've ever owned slabbed in an Intercept Shield holder lived up to the advertising ;)

I like that, a glowing endorsment that doesn't really say anything. It could be true no matter how many or how few of them he has bought.

I have only heard good things from anyone who used them and many collectors swear by them :)
