Has anyone actually bought a coin from these coins?

Ten slabs, all MS70, can't believe the bid is up this high already.

Surely it can't be possible to get that many of the same grade.

Sure it is - if I was going to be a self slabber I would grade all my coins MS70. :) And if they are on ebay then there is a lot of the uninformed public who think the INB MS70 is the same as a PCGS or NGC. Another one of those stay away from outfits.

I really like the last line .."some of the coins may be copy coins and will be marked so on the coin"...yeah I'm guessing any coin worth more than a cent or two will be a copy.

Hopefully, that listing will get pulled. If you look closely at those coins, they are copies.

Wow, very, very, very sad that so many people are so easily fooled.

THOSE CENTS IN FLIPS HAVE STATEMENTS LIKE 2001 ATTACK ON WTC IN NYC AND COME WITH A 2001 PENNY. The slabs have a commom nickel in them and are it thin breakable plastic, worth 5 cents. It is a scam as you may get less than $1 in face value modern coins. Not even worth the postage.

It is funny just yesterday I was looking at ebay for some coins, when my search turned up coins from International Numismatic Bureau. (I thought interesting name, but ????)

Most of their graded coins were from Buy a Grade TPG, that helped make up my mind up as to the rest of their raw ones.

I even question if photos of their raw coins are of that coin or are they just displaying images of other coins.

Theres a number of things I look at for in those shady listings. If the listing visually appears to be as amateurish as what I saw there, and the scenerio behind the listing can only happen in the movies, then the ALARM BELLS START TO RING.
I'll tell ya...with a fancy-schmacey handle like International Numismatic Bureau, then
by god you better have a web site so I can check ya out.I googled it...nada..no web site. The SIRENS HAVE NOW JUST BEGUN TO WHAIL.
I will then look at your feedback rating, and with a less than steller rating like what I just saw there, then FORGET IT. I HIT THE RETURN TO SEARCH RESULTS BUTTON!!
If I was still stupid enough to move forward, Id look at the previous listings and see what kind of things you have sold in the past. If you have a majority of listings in which you were unable to view the items because they are listed as a 'Private Listing', then you got too much to hide, so IM OUTTA HERE.
If I find all of the above so dishonest in nature I usually send the seller a short little note asking him why he can be such an underhanded ignoramus, in which I get a response back that usually contains extensive profanity and a threat to report me to ebay. THERES YOUR INDICATOR WHAT TYPE OF A SELLER HE REALLY IS.
BTW, theres a feedback comment with this seller, that states he received $1.83 in common coins, and all the remainder copy coins. Buyer won it for 40 bucks.
You have to wonder what pocesses these buyers to think that they actually scored something with value. I remember seeing some listings a couple years back of large canvas bags from Brazil, that contain raw emeralds with some 'exceptional beautites', that you can have for X amount of dollars each. The shipping origin was from the U.S however. Go figure.

I've got some of their stuff in the mail right now, headed for me,now before you all say fool, let me tell you exactly why, cheapness, and looks has something to do with it,I talked to them and they made a deal on "slabbed 2009 8 coin Lincoln cent sets" and I won't tell how many sets I got for 3 bucks,I'm expecting the worst and hoping for the best, plan on giving most of them away to kids,if they are not too horrible. Also if you read there listings closely they often have a story with each sale,9 out of 10 times if you read closely to the end they will state the story is made up just for fun,not my business style but who's to judge?Anyway I'm awaiting mail service to find out for sure on the condition of thieir coins, gotta take a chance now and then or you'll miss a good deal when it comes along because all you can think is scam.
Let me add that the small amount I spent there was more a fishing expedition,if I likee great , if no likee then I'm not out much, and not enough to worry over,I never make a large purchase sight unseen from an unknown seller, till the waters have been tested and deemed safe with lower end purchases.
