I've inherited a coin collection recently, I'm pretty sure that most all are classified as junk silver (1964 and earlier). Among the collection are 20 1963 D Franklin Unc, I'm unsure what 'Full Bell' is and if these 20 coins would be worth more than just bullion. I'd appreciate any help you can give me.

Full Bell Lines (FBL) is a designation given to the Franklin for the lines on the Liberty bell on the reverse. PCGS gives the designation if the bottom set of lines are intact, and NGC requires that both the top set and the bottom set be intact.

Thanks for the reply, Chris, when you say 'intact' do you mean no scratches across them? You're talking to a complete novice here...lol
