I saw this coin in an upcoming auction and I thought it was pretty cool looking. The listing says it's sterling silver. I was wondering if anyone had any info on it as far as who it's minted by,what size it is and silver content.Thanks.

This LONGINES STERLING WILD LIFE COLLECTORS COIN ( PLAINES BISON ) 1+ OZ. STERLING SILVER COIN +GOLD. Longines minted a series of beautiful sterling silver coins. This one is truly great looking in new condition with is own mint series # on rim. This coin weighs in at a total of 34 grams 31 of which would be all silver 1 full ounce. The coin is over 1 1/2 inches (40mm) in diameter. The value of the silver continues to rise and will only be part of this coins value. This coin makes a great gift or a nice coin to keep for yourself.

Thanks for the info Andrew. The one I posted is in a local auction. I was sure it wasn't a US mint product but I had no idea where to start looking.
