I read DN VALENS PF AVG, so the emperor is Valens. But that is a very weird way to attach a file. Just use the "Upload a File" button - the Media button is for youtubes and such. Also, it helps to post both sides of a coin if you're looking for attribution.

This is a common coin of Valens. You may try soaking it in distilled water for a few days, then see if you can loosen any of the dirt with a toothpick or soft brush.
