1950E $5 FRN L/12 from L81000001C thru L05400000D print run 24,400,000. The key notes for the series are the Chicago Star (G*), and the San Francisco Star (L*) at $200-$300 in CH-CU. Most of the non-stars hover around the $50-$100 range. Distributed with the series 1950D, 1963, and 1963A throughout the early to late 60's. I haven't had a chance to check the Heritage Archives yet, but will try to take a look later tonite, or tomorrow.
Cool, so were talking mintage... These are L/12's and the guy says he has a run at a little over $50 each in CH-CU... Was thinking of popping on five, but wasn't sure what the hoop-la on the 50E was all about... Kind of brings up another question? These FRN are a hard sale with my wife! Do you guys see a future in these? Sayyy compared to the MS63-65 semi-common Morgan's I usually buy? I know you guys probably get hammered with that question a lot, and honestly with me I see a bright future when I compare old and new pricing. But personal intuition doesn't get me far with the old lady if you know what I mean...
