info on this note?

I picked up this 1934 $10 note about a month ago at the flea market.
The seller was asking $45 but I got him down to $40.
It has some light folds but retains a good bit of crispness and doesn’t have any tears, stains or holes.
I'm hoping some of the more savvy currency collectors out there have a ballpark value. Thanks
