Tried getting some information on this coin during Christmas and seemed most people in the know were busy and not on CT. The information I did get was a starting point but all ran into dead ends in my searches. It is 13MM. I'll post the pics and any information, so I can attribute this coin, will be appreciated - thanks.
I'm pretty sure that's Honorius - he's the most likely candidate for a late Roman facing bust. D N HONORI-VS P F AVG, helmeted, diademed, cuirassed bust facing with spear and shield / CONCORDI-A AVGG, Constantinopolis seated with head turned right, holding Victory, being crowned by Victory.
I don't know how to tell apart the three emperors that issued the type at the same time with no left legend or mint with no mintmark. the style overlap of portraits was pretty high so you can guess and have at least a 1/3 chance of being rght. See: http://esty.ancients.info/ricix/type47i.html
