Based on this obverse shot, what would you consider to be it's grade/value.. any input will be appreciated..

Based off the obverse only I would say 64 or 65 - if no breaks in luster. The cheek is very clean, but luster appears around the outer devices on the coin. The only concern is the lower hair - blurry and could be slight wear. Just my opinion.

It's not my coin this is the picture that the seller has posted i just got rid of the background stuff and only showed the coin... If that were to be a wear spot on the curl then even with the luster and detail of the coin would it be considered an AU... If u guys think it could be an MS i will most likely pick it up. Here is the obverse...

Whats that all over the bottom? Dust?
    If so, 64.

I am no expert on Indians, but I see nothing to keep that from a 65, IMO.

I'm not sure about the high points on this cent, obverse and reverse. But my gut says MS-65, I hope its not a brilliant AU-58...

The good news - lots of luster, nice color. Gotta love it.
The bad news - since some detail is missing, either it's a soft strike or it's a slider AU. I'm inclined to believe it's UNC with a soft strike.

Overall, I like what I'm seeing.

BEFORE bidding, maybe you should ask the seller a question - "Is it softly struck ? Does it show any wear ?"
