i got this in a lot and while looking at it i noticed the E in CENT is fully closed. the E in ONE is open, and all the other examples i see online of the 1907 have an open E in cent. it doesnt have any damage to the device, so i am wondering what caused it. some one said maybe longacre doubling, but it doesnt seem to resemble that at all.
