Spock1k,where is the mintmark located on the 1944 silver 1 Rupee? The Lahore Mint is now the Pakistani Mint.

iyou man the half ruppee dont you? Its the L on the bottom of the reverse of the coin. The Lahore mint might be the pakistan mint now but those are still Indian coins

Spock they are lovely additions to your collection :hug: unfortunatly I have not been able to find any decent condition Indian for some time now, so looking at yours is a bit of a bonus :thumb:
