India 10 paise coin with an extra lining on surface error? Hi,Im a new member here and I need your help on this 1966 India 10 paise error coin with an extra lining on the surface.Obviously,I can see the obverse surface with a straight line cut across the three lions at 45 degree clock wise position, the line looks like black color and not shinning. It is not a scatch or drawed by pensil and it cannot be erased off by a rubber(I SWEAR TO GOD I NEVER USED ANYTHING TO SCATCH OR DRAW THE LINE ON THE SURFACE)if its a scatch line, the lining would shine like hell.I have never seen before any error coin just exactly like this.Sometimes I would consider this is UNIQUE coin but not an error coin.It looks like a NO sign to the three lions as the coat of arm of india.Anyway,I have a few questions below: 1.Have you ever seen any coin with an extra line just exactly like this? 2.Is this an error or unique coin?If this is an error coin, what kind of error is it? 3.Is this a common or rare thing happens on indian coin? I have uploaded three superlarge scans below, check it out. Please answer all my three questions as soon as possible and share your opinion with me,I will apprieiciate for your help very much.:smile
Does anyone knows what kind of error coin is this???I want to stop thinking about the error,so please let me know the error type as soon as possible.
