INB-INTERNATIONAL NUMISMATIC BUREAU. I know most know this, but they are a junk grading service, here is a 1979 nickel they graded as gem proof.
can you tell me what gem proof stands for? did they insert a gem into it? color me confused as to how that means it's a high grade coin...
It would grade PR65. Surfaces are brilliant with no noticeable blemishes or flaws, a few scattered, barely noticeable marks or hairlines. In the future, stick with PCGS or NGC. They are the top two, with much debate as to which would be number one.
