Inauguration of the President and the VP

I picked this up at my local flea market last week. Got it for less than a dollar a coin, token, medal or whatever it is. Nicely housed in a blue velvet box. No markings as to maker that I can see. The label is glued to the lid. The photos say the rest.

Please tell me what I have, who made it and the value. No gloves available so I haven't touched the coins. In other words, what you see in the 3 photos is what I see. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!

Also picked this up. It's a Heinz pickle advertising pin.

@Wheatmaster101 Thank you, they are a Ben Silver button set. 4 small ones for the cuffs and 3 large for the suit coat. Sounds like I got a good deal. The Heinz pickle is cute. Thanks again.

No doubling. You're seeing the bumps that occur naturally on pickles.

 

Looks like machine doubling to me

 

Look again, it's probably the wrinkles on the pickle.
