Double Die I know just enough to be dangerous

As most of you already do this yourselves, I went through my change from today's adventures and found this one with quite the bite taken out of it. My question is did someone use this to weld or is it mint issued?

I think it's just damage. I'm not an expert on errors though, so it might also be an error. Even if it isn't an error, keep looking and you'll find one!

Interesting looks like it was used to pry on something.

    Like a Screwdricer?

You can clearly see displaced metal outside of the rim. This could not happen while minted due to the collar. So it happened after the mint.
