Improperly Annealed or just environmental toning?

    I can't really tell with this one, though I am learning towards environmental, but it would be nice to be wrong. You can't really tell from the lousy pictures this phone takes, but it does have some nice luster. It's the luster that kinda has me wondering about this one. Can anyone tell me what they think? Thanks.
