Nope. It may be a little discolored, but third party grading companys would not attribute this an error. I found a 2011 sintered/improperly annealed nickel in a 2011 unc mint set, much darker than your dime and it was deemed not significant enough of an error. I would still hold on to it. Dont sell or try to get it graded just yet.
