Im looking at the 64 on this nickel the 6 looks doubled as well as the 4 a little???

    Looks like a little mechanical doubling. This is not considered an error

    Mechanical and die deterioration doubling are common. Understanding the difference will help keep you from wasting time on worthless stuff.

    @Big sg ...also at doubleddie.com is a section about how dies are made. Once you read this you will see how some of the wear and damage you find on coins are that which never could occur during the minting process...it will save you tons of time and confusion...
