If you are using a phone camera shoot it about 3 1/2"-4" away using something to stabilize it like a few books.

Forget the pics. There is a PCGS app you can download that gives a basic idea of grade with pictures you can compare your coin,coins to. Then I subscribe to Coin World which give monthly relative value to coins in the back or you can go to ebay, the PCGS or NGC websites to compare. Unless that walker is a key date i can tell you without clearer pics its not grade worthy.
