Ha, I bought the very same magnifier here in Germany a few weeks ago. They currently sell exactly these at pretty much every post office; one costs €6.95 or so. (The manufacturer http://www.meade.de/produkte/marken/bresser/bresserproduct.html?act=pdis&actid=6919000 charges about €1 more.) But yes, they are pretty good; we now have three of them in the family. Since my eyes are not as young as they used to be, it gets harder for me to read the printer code on euro notes - and that thing helps a lot ... Christian
