Ike Dollar - Something Different? Die Clash?

I was looking through a roll of Ike dollars and found two coins back to back with a raised line just off the mouth. The photos are of the same coin, just different lighting. Have not had time to photograph the other but its exactly the same. Anything interesting here?

Doesn't look like a clash to me. Looks like a die gouge.
