Hello, I am searching for more details on prime and secondary focal. I want to understand IKE Dollar's grading system. In Official ANA Grading doesn't explain anything on prime or secondary focal. IKEgroup.info did explain on observe, but not reverse... "The eye is typically drawn to the date, the central device and the field where the central device is “looking”. These are the focal areas – hits in these areas have greater impact on the eventual grade. A big hit on Ike’s cheek, a slash across the date, a heavy reed mark in the field in front of Ikes face would have a greater negative impact on grading than if located elsewhere." I want to know exact areas that TGPs will look at and which area on both sides will have negative impact on grade system? Which TGP have stricter grading for IKE dollar? Last, which TGP will bring premium on sale? PCGS or NGC? For example, how much will you willing to pay for 1976-P Type 1 PCGS MS66 and NGC MS66? Will you pay same amount on either one?
