Dose anyone have an opinion weather this coin is a true error or not?

darn, that is a shame that it is such a low grade!

    I donno.

    Interesting tho.

Obverse v reverse, could be a MAD (Mis-Aligned Die).
    Plus something on the reverse.

Wow either it's a worn coin or a die trail strike weird one through

Vandalized outside the Mint. The grooves on the obverse, the flattening on both faces, and the fact that the coin is expanded and out-of-round makes this an obvious call.

Yep--a very old "vise job" or possibly recent and re-toned. I'm sure the edge would show signs of flattening as Mike Diamond noted.
