As a collector for over 46 years now I have decieded to sell off a few of my coins for several reasons. In my youth I did collect everything having to do with coins pennies to dollars. As I grew older I found my self not into Pennies as much as other coins and kind of let my IHC & Lincolns go by the way side. Keeping them in a safety depost box at my bank one cannot appreciate them as one would if they had them on hand at home. Since I am not up on Pennies as other members in this forum I guess I'm asking for your opions on the grades ,and values of these 3 coins I have posted . 1877 IHC , 1908 S IHC & 1909 S IHC, depending on what your opions are I might hold them or sell them now. As a coin collector enjoying this hobby for so many years ....I rather see these coins in a collection were they are appreciated by the collector in stead of being housed in a bank vault. I thank you now for your input on these coins. The rev. of the 1909 S will be on the next post . Regards Paddy

These are just wild guesses (because I'm not really good with this series), but...

VF details corroded for the 1877
    VG-10 for the 1908-S
    and F-15 for the 1909-S

I'd get the 1909-S and 1877 slabbed if you want to sell them.

I'd suggest PCGS for the 09-S, and NCS or PCGS for the 1877.

    Good luck, they're nice coins.

F-12 for the '08-s, F-15 for the '09-s. The '77 has issues and I can't tell (from the photos) if it's toning or corrosion, but alas, I'm no expert and the opinions contained herein (which should be taken with a grain of salt) are those of the poster (me) and the poster alone....:)

The '09-s could fetch you some decent money Paddy. If you decide to onload (I'm with Irespire on this) get that baby slabbed.

Have those cents been cleaned or is that just the lighting in the photo? Regardless, they are decent examples and should fetch a nice sum at market.

To my knowage no they have not been cleaned. I have had them tucked away for quite a few years. I'm not a penny collector even thro I do have quite a few IHC and Lincolns. I collect nickels and Franklin Halfs, silver dollars and gold coins. Thanks for your input.
