I have a ICG graded 1960 half dollar ms-65, is it worth sending to Ngc or pcgs? If so what would to cost?

As a crossover or to crack out and send raw? If as a crossover, then I do not know if both NGC and PCGS accept ICG coins for that service.

Probably not. A '60 Frankie graded MS65 by NGC or PCGS is only worth about $50-$60. And it would cost you probably $25-$30 to get it graded.

    Not worth it.

It seems that the market is starting to be much more receptive of ICG. I know that some would argue my interpretation of the best grading companies, but I go:
    1. PCGS
    2. NGC
    3. ANACS/ICG
No other companies make the list, and I would consider them raw.
