If your selling coins on ebay I have an ebay member ( seller20067) that needs to go on your blocked list. I sold him a 2006 American Legacy Set that he received and left positive feedback for and 2 weeks later paypal puts a hold on funds and then returns it to his credit card, Pay pal fortunatly covered my end. He claimed it was fraudulent use of his credit card. I hope this is the case, that somebody stole this guys credit card number and not him scamming the credit card company or paypal. Either way I will not be selling to this user again, he's on my blocked list.
