i agree with merc here we need clearer close ups of the details on it to tell for sure.
there are 8 or more known ddo of the 1972 date that are attributed in the cpg

It would be nice if you could give us a hint as to where you see doubling when you post. That way we could go right to the area and help you rather than having to look for something that may or may not be there.

 

It looks like only "TRUST" is doubled,Dramatically too??

I think you've found one. Check on Coppercoins.com. Do a die variety search on the '72P DDO's. You should be able to find a match.
