Sorry, but with dozens, or perhaps hundreds, of private companies that produce medals, there is no way to identify or evaluate one from just a description, and it may not be possible even from high resolution pictures.

Here are the pictures I think he was trying to post from a French auction site. Its definitely not a coin, and I can't find a match on the U.S. Mint's website in its medals category. The spelling of "Prasident" and the reverse motto may be clues to the language of the country where it was minted, but its not Asian, and I'm pretty ignorant about European languages.
