If any of you paper money people need some specific help with a complex or otherwise hard to find information on paper money I may be able to help. One of my coin show dealers is one of the most knowledgeable persons in extant for paper money, bonds, confederate, obsoletes in the world. Certainly one of the top three paper money experts ever to live. His name is Jasper P. and he in fact started The Knoxville Coin Show in 1982, (World Fair). He is still active though very old now, over 85. He once owned the finest set of Tennessee Bank notes known to exist but he is a walking reference on all paper.
