Hi welcome to CoinTalk, what I can tell you is that the coin is Roman but more than that sorry the picture is a bit too indistinct for my eye's
Thanks De Orc, I had a search for roman coins and found it here http://www.quadrigaancients.com/0506/r06/lromae.jpg top right c. 307-423AD. Thats enough info for me.
