Identification please... Roman? Byzantine?

    Hello collectors,
    I´d really appreciate any help in further identifying this coin.
    Is it Roman? Byzantine? era of which ruler? approx. year?

    Byzantine, at first glance appears to be Justinian. Denomination is I=10, so 10 nummi or quarter follis.

    Its a fairly nice one, I would say more than a few bucks. Maybe $10-15 as a good buy.
