Identification help needed - small, possibly German medieval (?) coin.

Small and thin coin. Measures 17mm x 19mm (slightly oval) and weighs 1.37-1.38 grams.

It was among a group of old German and Scandinavian coins.

I think it might be Archbishop Philipp von Heinsburg(1167-91) of Cologne(Coln, Koln).
