ID please

I got this coin in a uncleaned lot on eBay, I was able to remove some crud, I can tell it is a silver antonianus, but I would like a proper attribution please, thanks. Would also like to know how to remove crud from silver coins thanks.

Keep working at it. I can't tell much at this stage. Also, are you able to take better images? A larger, less blurry image would be helpful.

 

Philip II or Gordian III antoninianus?

 

Blurry images along with beer goggles makes this a something, something

 

If it's a choice between the two, I would go for Philip II
