Unsure on both. Looks like the first could be a Geta provincial and the second does not look like Vespasian but perhaps Diadumenian. Again, unsure.
I'd say Geta for the second. I read CEpiTI and see a young face so Publius Septimius Geta seems like a good guess. I'm not at all sure of the first but the reverse is Hygeia (health) holding a snake. More than a few cities issued coins with each of these reverses so do not jump to conclusions too quickly.
