Can anyone point me in the direction of an id for this? It is listed as a Zanzibar coin, but nothing I have seen from that area looks anything like it.
I'm not too good at Islamic silvers like this but it looks a lot like an Abbasid AR dirham that I had at one point.

Doing a quick google search, I see several of these listed for sale. There are a couple in much nicer condition listed for $50, so yours is probably worth around $20.
