I need help with figuring out where these coins are from...They are both about the size of a U.S. Dime. The silverish colored one has what looks like Arabic writing with a crescent moon, and a sun on the left and right hand side of a three pronged staff.

The gold colored one has the same design on the front and reverse leaves surrounding a shield with a circle above the shield.

Thank you and have a happy holiday season.

The first one is a Nepal Paisa (Krause KM 748) dated 2028 (AD 1971).

The second one appears to be a bar token of some kind.

    :)

Thank you for all the help, if anyone can figure out the second coin great, if it is a token that is great too (it was in a mixed box with a bunch of other coins and tokens (by the way where can I find information about tokens?)) and is still an interesting piece.
