ID help needed

    Someone texted me the pic below and asked what it is. Anyone have a clue?
    I do not know anything other than the pic. It looks like a pig and piglets to me.

  3. If ancient, the obverse bust is probably that of Antoninus Pius. He issued a series of suckling piglet AE's. I'm leaning toward modern fantasy imitation due to the crude, bubbly features.
