Your coin is what it called a Roman provincial. The legends can vary a lot on these. Technically, yes, it is very rare compared to, say, modern coins, but so are most Roman provincials, so the rarity does not translate into value. My guess is that your coin--well worn but still attractive--is worth somewhere between $20-$40. But keep in mind that prices can fluctuate widely with provincials.
