Here is an AE22 (provincial?) coin of Julia...something I can see an IVL on the coin, but there are so many Julias. The reverse appears to be a Victory advancing left. I don't think its an As as it's very light, just 3.7g.
Hmmm. Since it's in Latin, not Greek script and has Nike advancing left, I first thought about Stobi in Macedon, but this is far too heavy to be your coin.
