http://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=2397685 ?????? Philippus I AE Sestertius Philippus I Arabs (244-249 AD). AE Sestertius (27 mm, 18.90 g), Roma (Rome). Obv. IMP M IVL PHILIPPVS AVG, Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right. Rev. AEQVITAS AVGG / S - C, Aequitas standing left, holding scales and cornucopiae. RIC IV, p. 89, 166. About very fine.
You can not just copy the details for a coin and use it for your ID. I really doubt your coin weighs 18.90g. That is the one from acsearch. The fabric of the edges makes me suspect yours might be an 'as' or 1/4 of a sestertius and with that chunk missing might weigh more like 7g. Sestertii of Philip tend to have a more squared edge and often have a side with a straight edge like it was cut off. Asses often have more of a taper like yours. You need to weigh yours. It is hard to tell scale from a photo. http://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=1822383 The one in the link is listed as VF which I think is a bit high for the wear it shows. Yours is closer to VG on the obverse but the reverse might be better.
Doug Smith You're right! My weighs about 7 grams. I did not finish weight happy new year…….. Thanks you
