    It is a barbarous radiate of the late-ish 3rd century. It’s probably an imitation of a Tetricus I coin but sometimes these are too crude to tell who they are copying. I think I see the the legend ending in ...CVS...(something) so Tetricus is my best guess. To know more, we’d need better pictures of the reverse.
