i would guess faustina the younger (II) and a dupondius. but could be faustina the elder? get a second opinion, i'm just not sure.
I look all coin Faustina II and here all coins with Juno reverse have some peacock on left and right side. In my coins there was no trace at leg of some bulge. only faustina 1 have coin without peacock with CS Faustina 1 Faustina I AE Dupondius or As. DIVA FAVSTINA, draped bust right / IVNO S-C, Juno standing left, holding patera and sceptre. Cohen 211.
I think it's Faustina I myself. You can see the differences in the hairstyle between the two. Faustina II has a bun in the back, Faustina I does not.
I check all lucila coins. One coin is pretty similar. http://wildwinds.com/coins/ric/lucilla/RIC_1733.jpg But I think it was DIVA FAVSTINA, draped bust right / IVNO S-C, Juno standing left, holding patera and sceptre. Cohen 211.
