    Not Augustus but I would bet Celtiberian Hispania.

    If there is a city name, it is worn off, but here is a denarius of Bolskan to compare the types

    Could be way off, but that's my best guess. Most Hispanic cities used the bearded male / equestrian template from the end of the Second Punic war until the phased Roman takeover ended in about 30 BC.

    Based on the metal, size and style on the reverse, this looks like a Roman Provincial bronze to me. Reverse with emperor on horseback.
