I would be very glad if someone could tell me what kind of Greek coin this is.

You will have to give the diameter and the weight.
To me it looks like a stag/horse and then an alter of some sort.

I don't have my books with me but this is a very common coin. If you google small Greek bronze coin w/horse and check images it will probably pop up. Sorry but I'm too lazy to do it for you but I did satisfy my own curiosity after all. ;)

Yup, once you've seen them, quite recognizable as the medium size bronze from Aeolis, Kyme.

Here's one I have photographed because I can't find this particular magistrate name elsewhere. (The type in general is very common, but certain magistrates can be scarce.)

The one-handled vase is the most distinctive feature of Kyme's coinage.

For comparison, here is a not-so-nice example of their tiny AE (about 10mm):

And the distinctive extra-large (~32 x 36mm) Hellenistic Tetradrachm (the vase is under the horse's front leg):

Yes I realize that. It's a single, high grade example from an auction. I provided a well known online database resource so that he may properly research the specific type that he has.
