I think it was idiot-made intentionally to highlight the statue of Lincoln like that on the reverse and the face on the obverse. The edge is thick & thin areas, not usual with a rotating coin. Not that it really matters as to the damage device. Jim
Interesting piece.. That would go into my Strange PMD (Post Mint Damage) album.. But no premium for that It could of been made into a button. The little ring on the reverse fell off. Just a thought.
