Anthony, what did you think was only released on 03... the coin? or the waffle coins? SBAs were released in 79,80,81 and 99. That why it says 1999 BU SBA Waffle.

 

I was reading a site and it said waffle coins were released to public in 2003..and this was the only time.

yeah, I think the site meant they were just cancelled, I guess. I think I will try to put a set of these together...they are pretty cheap right now.

On the contrary, this is the first error coin I have ever seen that actually improved the aesthetic appeal of the original design. The SBA is one of the ugliest coins ever made. This is a huge improvement.
