    I have seen a good many proof sets from this year and most were poorly made overall. Can't tell for sure with this picture but I would hazard a guess at MD as have been all of the ones I have searched.

    V. Kurt Bellman Yes, I'm blunt! Get over your "feeeeelings".

    Keep in mind all proof coins are STRUCK twice. Any slight shift after the first hit can make an offset "doubling", which is NOT in the die itself.
