I think I've found a Minnesota extra tree Error.

My camera & light box is in storage so this is the best I can do now, but I think this is one of the extra tree errors. It has noticeable doubling on the right of the third tree. (Marked by arrows)

I've checked out Ken Potters extensive list after I first saw this coin. I think it fits #9 however there's some damage near the designer initials so it's hard to match markers.
