I Think it's Polish

This is one I've had for years. Never been able to ID until yesterday. From hints here, went to Numismaster and found something similar. I think it is a 3 Grosun from some Polish state. Grossus Polon. Triplex on the reverse appears to mean 3 Grossus. I'm not even sure if the date is 1790 or 1792. Any idea which Polish state this would be from?

I am not terribly familiar with this coin type but it is supposed to be coinage (crown triplex) of Stanislaus II August King of Poland and Grand Duke of Lithuania. Looks to be 1792.
